Standalone Basis

- Revenue increased by 45.4% year-over-year to ₹462.30 lakhs
- EBITDA at ₹111.21 lakhs. EBITDA margin at 24.05%
- Profit after tax increased by 22.1% year-over-year to ₹74.55 lakhs. Profit after tax margin at 16.1%
- Earnings per share is at ₹1.96, increasing by 19.9% year-over-year

Consolidated Basis

- Profit after tax increased by 32.1% year-over-year to ₹80.66 lakhs (profit share from associate firm DM Consulting Engineers is at ₹6.12 lakhs for H1 FY24-25)
- Earnings per share is at 2.13, increasing by 29.7% year-over-year

Business Updates and Future Expansion Plans

- DMR's diversification in geophysical investigations, a specialized field of engineering and investigations, via its associate company - DM Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd - has started to bear results. DM Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd registered revenues of ₹39.99 lakhs and profit after tax of 12.49 lakhs during H1 FY24-25.

- Being a specialized field with limited players, DMR expects this business to grow well in the coming years

- DMR has initiated work to diversify into rehabilitation and dam safety work across India, which will let DMR participate in the maintenance of various existing dams across the country. Appropriate and timely disclosures will be made to the relevant exchange regarding development on this matter.

- DMR is expanding its engineering capability into areas such as pumped storage projects and high head penstocks, both of which are in high demand due to Government of India's impetus into energy transition.

- DMR continues to aggressively pitch for business opportunities in countries such as Bhutan, Laos, and South East Asia as these regions have limited local engineering expertise.

- DMR continues to build its engineering capabilities by hiring and training quality talent to differentiate itself into a competitive market in India.
