Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Ltd allots 39,00,300 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners Limited at its meeting held on Thursday the 27th day of March, 2025 from 09:30 A.M. to 10:40 A.M. at the registered office of the company has considered and approved the allotment of 39,00,300 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each as fully paid Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) new fully paid up equity share of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each held by the members whose names appears in the Registrar of Members as on the record date j.e., 26.03.2025.

Therefore, now the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 3,90,03,000 divided into 39,00,300 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 7,80,06,000 divided into 78,00,600 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
