Ksolves India Limited declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Ksolves India Limited at its meeting held today on March 19, 2025, have considered and approved the declaration of 3rd interim dividend of Rs.7.50 per share for the FY 2024-25 with record date March 25, 2025.

The Dividend shall be paid within the statutory time limit to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names would appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record date fixed i.e. March 25, 2024.
