TransportOne by Delhivery Launches Autonomous TMS to Automate Logistics Via AI Agents

TransportOne by Delhivery today announced the launch of its Autonomous Transport Management System (TMS) to Automate Logistics via AI Agents. With this launch, enterprise shippers will have access to a logistics software platform that uses AI Agents to negotiate rates, plan shipments, and reconcile invoices. The system aims to eliminate significant manual workload by automating freight procurement, planning, execution, reconciliation and embedding compliance directly into the workflows. While traditional transportation management software (TMS) digitizes operations, it typically requires constant human input. Delhivery TransportOne's new approach requires only to manage by exception.

"Traditional TMS platforms digitize transportation workflows, but they still rely on humans to operate them-forcing users to work for the system rather than the system working for the user," said Uday Anand, Vice President of Product at TransportOne. "TransportOne by Delhivery's TMS runs those workflows autonomously. System's AI Agents plan, negotiate, monitor, and validate freight in the background, escalating only true exceptions. Users shift from operating the system to supervising outcomes."

The platform employs a multi-agent design to handle specific transportation functions. Procurement Agents manage spot auctions and carrier selection, while Execution Agents monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays. Finally, Invoice Agents validate freight bills by reconciling contracts, GPS data, and proof of delivery.

Unlike traditional automation, these agents dynamically make decisions to reduce revenue leakage caused by rate deviations and billing errors. The offering also removes the need for complex dashboards. Users interact with the system through Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp, using natural language to issue commands and receive recommendations. The platform positions itself not as a visualization tool, but as an autonomous operator that functions quietly in the background, involving humans only when judgment is required.

Shares of Delhivery Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 384.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 401.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 132042 in over 2710 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 403.50 and intraday low of 383.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 51833920.00.
