Jyoti Structures Ltd receives 92.11% subscription for rights issue

The Rights Issue of equity shares of Jyoti Structures Limited which was opened on February 17, 2025 was closed on March 10th, 2025. Against the issue size of Rs 499.09 crores, a subscription of Rs. 459.69 Crores, amounting to 92.11% of the issue size was received. The Company is sincerely grateful to the shareholders for standing by the company.

Based on the orders already in hand, the carry forward order book of the company will be approximately over Rs. 1,800 crores, the majority of which is to be executed in the next 12 to 18 months.

Shares of JYOTI STRUCTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 17.54 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3479636 in over 3720 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.60 and intraday low of 15.78. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 61510102.00.
