Flex Middle East, FZE, Duabi to set up BOPP line in Azerbaijan

Flex Middle East, FZE, Dubai, a wholly owned subsidiary of UFLEX LIMITED, has incorporated a step down subsidiary with the name FLEX FILMS AZB AFEZCO., in Azerbaijan on 17th March, 2025 for setting up a facility for manufacturing Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) Packaging Film in Azerbaijan and sell in domestic market as well as other adjoining CIS and European countries.

Shares of UFLEX Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 466.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 464.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9424 in over 314 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 472.40 and intraday low of 464.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4413735.00.
