S&P Global Ratings revises long-term rating outlook for Bajaj Finance Limited

S&P Global Ratings vide their report dated 17 March 2025, have revised long-term rating outlook for the Company from 'Stable' to 'Positive'. The credit rating agency revised upward the Company's standalone credit profile (SACP) from BBB- to BBB.

S&P Global Ratings report mentioned that "The positive outlook on the Company reflects that on the sovereign credit rating on India. The rating on the Company is capped by the sovereign rating and will therefore move in tandem with that on the sovereign."

Shares of Bajaj Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8580.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8419.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22841 in over 3290 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8625.25 and intraday low of 8400.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 195674910.00.
