KBC Global Limited fixes Mar 28, 2025 as record date for bonus issue

KBC Global Limited has fixed the 'Record Date' i.e. Friday, March 28,2025 to determine eligible shareholders entitled to receive the Bonus Shares.

The issuance of Bonus Shares shall be subject to the approval of members in Extra Ordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 22,2025.
