India Steel Works Ltd signs term sheets for joint development of land

India Steel Works Ltd has signed Terms Sheets, for joint development of Lands situated at Chembur and Wadala, Mumbai, with an institutionally owned renowned real estate Company in India.

These projects envisage construction of approx. 10.20 Lakh Sq. ft.

Shares of INDIA STEEL WORKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4.07 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.87. The total number of shares traded during the day was 153176 in over 498 trades.
