DHP India Ltd has acquired a Commercial Property at address "7A & 7C, Shreelakha, 7th Floor, 42A Park Street, Kolkata-700 016, adjoining with our existing Regd. Office ["7B, Shreelakha, 7th Floor, 42A, Park Street, Kolkata-700 016) on the same building and same floor, for the purpose of extension of our existing office space. The above Purchase of property made on today 5th March, 2025 from CUBE DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED.
