Rainbow Foundations Ltd has acquired a Land admeasuring 65,989 sq.ft. (27.5 Grounds) along with building for a total consideration of INR 112.00 Crores by way of Sale Deed(s) dated 24t February 2025. Additionally a Stamp duty and registration fee of INR 10.08 Crores was paid towards this transaction. This Acquisition involves the land and building situated at New Door No.16, Old Door No.476, Kilpauk Garden Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600010.
