CIE Automotive India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of CIE Automotive India Limited (the Board) at its meeting held today i.e. 20th February, 2025 recommended to the members, for their consideration and approval at the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company, Final Dividend of Rs. 7.00/- (Rupees Seven only) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st December, 2024.
