Mahindra Lifespace announces Redevelopment project of GDV ₹1,650 Crore in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has partnered with Livingstone Infra Private Limited (LS) for a cluster redevelopment project in Mahalaxmi, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1650 Crore.

Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., said, "This development marks Mahindra Lifespaces' strategic expansion into South Mumbai's premium real estate market by creating residences that contribute to Mumbai's urban renewal. Shares of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 347.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 356.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4233 in over 507 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 356.45 and intraday low of 345.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1473022.00.
