Jyoti Structures Limited Update on the potential One Time Settlement

The Board of directors of Jyoti Structures Limited vide a resolution passed through circulation on February 17, 2025 has authorized / approved discussions, negotiations, finalization of a potential one-time settlement ("OTS") with the lenders in terms of the extant 'framework for compromise settlements and technical write-offs' issued by the Reserve Bank of India.

The OTS is subject to existing lenders agreeing to the same. If the OTS moves toward positive direction, the company shall raise resources to give effect to the OTS.

Shares of JYOTI STRUCTURES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 17.92 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.54. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2312209 in over 4234 trades.
