SONA BLW Precision Forgings Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.60

The Board of Directors of SONA BLW Precision Forgings Ltd have approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.60 (One Rupees and sixty paisa only) per equity share of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2024-25.

The Board has fixed Wednesday, 5th February, 2025, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend.

The payment of interim dividend to the Bank Account/dispatch of demand draft, as the case may be, will be completed on or before 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 542.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 531.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 52394 in over 4717 trades.
