Fire incident at Black Rose Industries Limited

A fire incident occurred this afternoon at Building No. 2, Plot No. 11-18, Shree Laxmi Co-op. Industrial Estate Ltd., Hatkanangle, Dist. Kolhapur, which is owned by the Black Rose Industries Limited ("the Company").

The Company was not carrying out any of its operation at the affected site and therefore, there is no impact on the business operations or functions of the Company.

The loss is only related to the value of the building.

The asset impacted by the fire is fully insured, and the Company has already taken the necessary steps to file an insurance claim to cover the loss and damage caused by the incident.

Shares of BLACK ROSE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 124.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 123.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14680 in over 448 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 127.00 and intraday low of 122.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1836194.00.
