Aether Industries Limited commissions entire 15 MW solar power project under CPP segment

Aether Industries Limited has announced that the entire 15 MW Solar Power Project (AutoTracker Modules) under the Captive Power Producer (CPP) segment, awarded to M/s. KPIG Energia Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of M/s. KPI Green Energy Limited), has been fully commissioned as of December 30, 2024. The project is now operational and powering our manufacturing facilities.

This milestone represents a significant achievement for the Company, aligning with our strategic focus on sustainability and renewable energy adoption. The project is expected to deliver annual energy cost savings exceeding ₹150 million and contribute substantially to reducing our carbon footprint. By transitioning to renewable energy sources, the Company reaffirms its commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable growth.

Shares of Aether Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 869.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 869.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2061 in over 170 trades.
