Vedanta Ltd approves 4th interim dividend of Rs. 8.50

The Board of Directors of Vedanta Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, December 16, 2024, has considered and approved the Fourth Interim Dividend of ₹ 8.5/ per equity share on face value of ₹ 1/ per equity share for the Financial Year 2024 25 amounting to c. ₹ 3,324 Crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend shall be Tuesday, December 24, 2024, and the interim dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 513.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 519.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 799181 in over 16512 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 527.00 and intraday low of 510.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 412198120.00.
