Taylormade Renewables Limited (TRL) is excited to unveil its ambitious plans and transformative initiatives that mark a new chapter in our journey toward sustainability, innovation, and growth. Here's how we are shaping the future and setting new benchmarks for success.
1. BOO Model Expansion Begins
We are on the brink of a transformative milestone as TRL gears up to launch its Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model. The first BOO plant is nearing completion at Tarapur, in collaboration with Taylormade Enviro Pvt Ltd (TEPL). This marks the beginning of an innovative and high revenue-generating model for the company. In a strategic move that highlights our commitment to strengthening operations, we are in the process of acquiring a majority stake in TEPL. We believe this move will create synergies that fuel rapid expansion, solidify our leadership in wastewater treatment, and open new horizons for innovation.
TRL is planning a massive investment in the BOO Model. With a vision to establish 16 BOO plants across Gujarat and expand further to key global markets, we are determined to lead from the front in creating sustainable solutions and driving a worldwide impact.
2.Land Acquisition to Support Expansion
To support these aggressive expansion plans, TRL is in the process to acquire land at Dahej and Sayakha, both strategic hubs for industrial growth. These new facilities will play a pivotal role in scaling up production and meeting the rising demand for our patented TRL RAIN technologies and other innovative solutions.
TRL is moving full throttle toward achieving its ambitious goals. This is just the beginning of a transformative phase for Taylormade Renewables Limited, with huge growth opportunities and a strong focus on delivering long-term value. TRL remains committed to pushing boundaries, delivering innovative solutions, and creating a sustainable future for generations to come. Together with our investors, partners and stakeholders, we look forward to achieving greater milestones.
