HUDCO signs MoU Delhi Development Authority

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Delhi Development Authority, a statutory body established under the Delhi Development Act, 1957, on 10th December, 2024 at New Delhi.

As per the MoU, HUDCO shall organise Capacity Building Programmes for officials of DDA and extend its Consultancy service for the projects being implemented by DDA in the areas like Residential projects including Affordable Housing Projects; Commercial Projects; Institutional Projects; Residential cum Commercial Projects; Commercial cum Institutional Projects; and any other projects related to Housing, Urban Development and Infrastructure Sector.

The MoU was signed by Shri M Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), HUDCO and Shri Vineet Jain, Commissioner (Personnel & Training), DDA in presence of other senior officials from both the organizations.

Shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 254.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 247.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 412270 in over 4700 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 255.75 and intraday low of 244.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 103834353.00.
