Mercury Trade Links Limited fixes Oct 24, 2024 as record date for 4:1 rights issue

The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Mercury Trade Links Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. Friday, 18th October 2024, have considered and approved the following terms of the Right Issue:

Total number of Equity Shares and Rights Issue size: 1,08,90,000 Fully paid-up Equity Shares of ₹ 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at an issue price of ₹ 44.95/- (Rupees Forty Four and Ninety Five Paisa Only ) per equity share aggregating to ₹ 48,95,05,500/-.

Right Issue Price: ₹ 44.95 per fully paid up Equity Shares (including a premium of ₹ 34.95 per Equity Share).

Right Entitlement Ratio: 4 (Four) new Right Shares for every 1 (One) Existing Equity Shares held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date

Record Date: Fixed the Record Date on Thursday 24th October,2024 for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholder to apply for the Right Issue.

Right Issue Period:

Issue Opening Date: Thursday, 7th November, 2024
Issue Closing Date: Thursday, 5th December, 2024

Terms of Payment: The Issue Price of Rs. 44.95/- per Equity Share shall be payable at the time of application.

Outstanding of Equity Shares:

Prior to the Right Issue: 27,22,500 Equity Shares
Post Right Issue#: 1,36,12,500 Equity Shares
