Exxaro Tiles Limited approves 10 For 1 Stock Split

The Board of Directors of Exxaro Tiles Limited at their meeting held today, 14th October 2024 has approved the sub-division/ split of existing 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One Only) each fully paid up, subject to shareholders approval.

The record date for the purpose of above sub-division/ split of Equity Shares shall be decided after obtaining approval for sub-division/ split from the shareholders through postal ballot electronic voting process and will be announced in due course.

Shares of Exxaro Tiles Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 93.62 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 91.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 52778 in over 1007 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 95.55 and intraday low of 92.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4955215.00.
