Tata Consultancy Services Limited declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 10

The board of directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited have declared second interim dividend of INR 10 per Equity Share of INR 1 each of the Company.

The second interim dividend shall be paid on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, October 18, 2024, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4228.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4252.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48517 in over 4876 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4293.30 and intraday low of 4200.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 206406503.00.
