India Steel Works Limited enters into OTS with Kotak Mahindra Bank for outstanding loans

India Steel Works Limited has entered into a consent term on 3.10.2024 for One Time Settlement (OTS) with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited in respect of its outstanding loans / facilities availed by the company. The Company shall pay a sum of Rs.24,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Four Crores Only) over a period till 31.03.2025 to Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited in full & final settlement of its outstanding Loan Facilities.

Shares of INDIA STEEL WORKS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.53. The total number of shares traded during the day was 180942 in over 779 trades.
