Bank of India approves OTS proposal of PC Jeweller Ltd

Bank of India vide its e-mail dated September 26, 2024 has conveyed its approval to the One Time Settlement ("OTS") proposal submitted by PC Jeweller Limited.

The Company had opted for OTS to settle the outstanding dues. The terms and conditions of OTS include cash and equity components payable under settlement, release of securities and mortgaged properties etc.

With this approval, all the fourteen consortium member banks have approved the OTS proposal submitted earlier by the Company.

Shares of PC Jeweller Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 161.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 986163 in over 4821 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 161.50 and intraday low of 154.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 157701100.00.
