Mahabaleshwar - The Company has signed Lease Agreement viz The Byke Shanti Villa located at Opp. Telephone Exchange, Near Bus Stand, Mahabaleshwar, Devali, Maharashtra 412806. This hotel will feature 87 Epic Rooms with Amenities like swimming pool, MultiCuisine Restaurant, Destination Wedding, Discotheque, Spa & Gym, Bar, Kids Play Area, Coffee Shop, Banquet Halls and Spacious Lawn.

Nashik - The Company has signed Lease Agreement viz The Byke Suresh Plaza located near Divya Ad labs Cinema, Trimutri Chowk, Kamatwada-Ambad Road, Nashik, Maharashtra 422010. This hotel will feature 28 Blissful Rooms with Amenities like Multi-Cuisine Restaurant, Banquet Hall and Well-Equipped Kitchen.

Surat - The Company has signed Conducting Agreement viz The Byke Embassy located at Gulam Baba Mill Compound, Railway Station Circle Opp. Railway Station, Surat, Gujarat 395003. This hotel will feature 56 Modern Rooms with Amenities like Multi-Cuisine Restaurant, Destination Wedding, Discotheque, Spa & Gym, Banquet Halls and Spacious lawn.

Palghar - The Company has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) viz The Byke Majestic located at Opp. Nakoda Dham, Dhekale village, Ganja-Dhekale, NH-8 Mumbai Ahmedabad Highway Pin 401102. This hotel will feature 110 Charming Rooms with Amenities like Ritzy Restaurant & Cafe, Vibrant Bar, Indoor & Outdoor Games, Mini Theatre, Club House, Destination Wedding and Spacious Lawn.

Prayagraj - The Company has signed Lease Agreement viz The Byke Gokuldham located at Plot No. 1/A &1-A, George Town, Extension Scheme, Hashimpur Road, Dist. Prayagraj. This hotel will feature 81 Luxurious Rooms with Amenities like Farm Fresh Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Banquet Halls, Travel Desk Assistance, Free Wi-Fi and Wedding Lawns.
