Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd announces launch of SHRADDHA PRATHAM in Borivali East

Shraddha Prime Projects Limited ('Shraddha Prime' or 'the Company') announces the launch of its new redevelopment project, SHRADDHA PRATHAM, located at Magathane, Borivali East, Mumbai.

SHRADDHA PRATHAM will be a 35-story standalone building that will club the two existing buildings. The project will include 1BHK and 2BHK configurations. The 1BHK units will be approximately 350 sq. ft., while the 2BHK units will be 560 sq. ft., all within the RERA carpet area guidelines. SHRADDHA PRATHAM will include the best rooftop facilities as well as a gymnasium.

The project is located on a site in Village Magathane, Jay Maharashtra Nagar. The development agreement has been signed with Arundhati Niwas Co. Op. Hsg. Ltd., which includes Buildings No. 12 and 15. In line with regulatory requirements, Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd. has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 3,44,54,000/- on March 11, 2024, as part of the development agreement registration process.

The project will be developed under the guidelines set by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) with an approved Commencement Certificate obtained on August 23, 2024.

Commenting on the new project, Mr. Sudhir B.
