NBCC India Ltd and RITES Ltd sign MoU

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between NBCC (India) Limited and RITES Limited on September 04, 2024.

This MoU is aims to achieve the effectiveness of synergy and cooperation on a longterm basis to explore combined business interest in relation to the development, financing and execution of projects across India and Overseas.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 184.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 186.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 774438 in over 6565 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 188.65 and intraday low of 183.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 143722999.00.
