The Management of STARLINEPS ENTERPRISES LIMITED has decided to make a strategic investment of INR 2.00 Million in TULUA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, valuing the Company upto INR 200.00 Million. This investment secures a noncontrolling equity stake of the Company in Tulua Foods Private Limited.

Valuation Uplift: The strategic investment values Tulua Foods at approximately INR 200.00 Million with a view of valuation upliftment of the the company's shareholders.
