Wonder Electricals Limited approves 10 For 1 Stock Split

The Board of Directors of Wonder Electricals Limited at it's meeting held today, i.e. Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the registered office of the Company, approved Subdivision / split of every one equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) each, fully paidup, into 10 (Ten) equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 /- (Rupee one only) each, fully paid-up, and consequent alteration in capital Clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Shares of Wonder Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1492.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1494.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5198 in over 275 trades.
