The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of DHYAANI TRADEVENTTURES LIMITED, at its meeting held on August 21, 2024 has considered and approved the following terms of the Rights Issue:

Instrument: Fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each.

Total number of Equity Shares and Rights Issue size: 1,27,68,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for premium at Rs. 13/- per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 30,00,00,000/-

Record Date: Friday, 23rd August, 2024

Rights Entitlements for Fully Paid Up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-: The Company has made necessary arrangement with NSDL and CDSL for the credit of Rights Entitlements in dematerialized form in the demat account of the eligible equity shareholders as on the Record Date. The ISIN of such Rights Entitlement is INE0K5F20014.

The Rights Entitlement of the eligible equity shareholders as on the Record Date, shall be credited prior to the issue opening date, in the respective demat account of the eligible equity shareholders under the aforementioned ISIN.

Rights entitlement ratio: Three (3) right equity share(s) for every One (1) fully paid-up Equity Share held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date.
