PC Jeweller Limited receives approval from Canara Bank for OTS proposal

Canara Bank vide its letter dated July 24, 2024 has conveyed its approval to the One Time Settlement ("OTS") proposal submitted by PC Jeweller Limited.

The Company had opted for OTS to settle the outstanding dues. The terms and conditions of approved OTS include cash and equity components payable under settlement, release of securities and mortgaged properties etc.

Shares of PC Jeweller Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 81.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 77.86. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2264882 in over 918 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 81.75 and intraday low of 79.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 185094883.00.
