GACM Technologies Ltd fixes July 16, 2024 as record date for rights issue

The Rights Issue Committee of GACM Technologies Limited has fixed the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders who will be eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares as Tuesday, July 16, 2024.

Rights Equity Shares to be Issued: Fully paid up 34,02,87,057 Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each and Fully paid up 5,91,09,227 DVR Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.

Issue Price: Re. 1.00/- per Rights Equity Share and DVR

Issue Size: Rs. 3993.96 Lakhs (For Equity Shares Rs. 3402.87 and Rs. 591.09 for DVR Shares)

Ratio: 1 (One) Equity Share for every 1 (One) fully paid Equity share held by the Shareholders as on record date and 1 (One) EQ-DVR share for every 1 (One) fully paid EQ-DVR share held by the Shareholders as on record date.

Terms of Payment: Full amount of Re 1.00 per Equity Share is payable on application.

Last Date of Market Renunciations: August 08, 2024
Issue Closing Date: August 14, 2024.
