EPL Limited to acquire 49% in Clean Max Aria Pvt Ltd

EPL Limited has today i.e. on July 11, 2024, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Private Limited ("Clean Max") and Clean Max Aria Private Limited ("CMAPL"), whereby the Company will acquire 49% equity shares of CMAPL from Clean Max.

This investment is intended for the purpose of developing a captive power generation facility for the Company, under the Group Captive Power policy.

Shares of EPL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 232.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 233.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40207 in over 988 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 235.10 and intraday low of 230.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9354905.00.
