PNB approves OTS proposal of PC Jeweller Limited

Punjab National Bank, the third largest bank after State Bank of India amongst consortium banks of the Company in terms of its exposure, vide letter dated July 6, 2024 has conveyed its approval to the One Time Settlement ("OTS") proposal submitted by PC Jeweller Limited.

The Company had opted for OTS to settle the outstanding dues. The terms and conditions of approved OTS include cash and equity component payable under settlement, release of securities and mortgaged properties etc.

Shares of PC Jeweller Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.33 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 51.11. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89662 in over 730 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 52.50 and intraday low of 51.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4630956.00.
