Pokarna Limited updates on preliminary results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review 2022-23

Pokarna Limited has announced that the US Department of Commerce ("Commerce") has announced the preliminary results of its Second administrative review of quartz surfaces anti-dumping duty order.

The Commerce has preliminarily determined that Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited, a material wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ("PESL") did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023. Accordingly, PESL's anti-dumping duty for the said period has been preliminarily determined to be 0%. These results do not take effect now, but may serve as an indication of the final duty rates the Commerce is expected to issue in December of 2024.

Shares of Pokarna Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 760.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 758.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13092 in over 1033 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 788.35 and intraday low of 755.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10038301.00.
