Nibe Limited forms new subsidiary Nibe Space Pvt Ltd

Nibe Limited has announced that a subsidiary company in the name of Nibe Space Private Limited has been incorporated on June 25, 2024.

The subsidiary will engage in the business of research and development of space and aerospace products, focusing on propulsion systems, satellite launch vehicles and other products with related technology including design, manufacture and testing of various aerospace technology products to be used in domestic and international applications in space sector and related activities by various modes with the use of IT and its applications.

Nibe Space Private Limited is a Subsidiary in which holding of Nibe Limited is 76%.

Shares of NIBE Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1914.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1972.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24711 in over 1617 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1999.95 and intraday low of 1910.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 47723495.00.
