SEPC Limited fixes June 25, 2024 as record date for rights issue

The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of SEPC Limited, at its meeting held today i.e., June 19, 2024 has considered and approved the following terms of the proposed Rights Issue:

- Instrument: Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rupees 10 each.

- Total number of Equity Shares and Rights Issue size: 15,38,46,153* Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 20,000 Lakhs*;
*Assuming full subscription.
Subject to finalisation of the Basis of Allotment.

- Rights Issue price: Rs. 13/- per equity share (inclusive of a premium of Rs. 3 per share)

- Record Date: Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

- Rights Issue period:
Rights Issue Opening date: Friday, July 05, 2024; and
Rights Issue Closing date: Friday, July 19, 2024.

- Rights Entitlement Ratio: Six (06) Rights Equity Shares for every Fifty-Five (55) fully paid- up Equity Share held by the eligible shareholders as on the record date.
