The Board of Directors of LORDS ISHWAR HOTELS LIMITED in their Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in which, considered and approved to avail the Financial Facilities amounting of Rs. 5 crore (Rupees Five Crore) from Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., ("Lender").
