Patel Roadways Board to recommend dividend

Patel Roadways Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. Adoption of annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.

2. Considering, and if thought fit, recommending dividend on the equity shares of the Company, for the year ended March 31, 2006.

3. Approving the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
