Response Informatics Ltd signs non-binding term sheet to acquire company

Response Informatics Limited ("The Company") has entered into a Non-Binding Term Sheet with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain Focused Solutions and Development Company.

However, the implementation of the Term Sheet, entering into binding agreement and the resulting acquisition of stake is subject to completion of legal, financial, business, and commercial due diligence.

Shares of Response Informatics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 75.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2990 in over 15 trades.
