Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has received an order from Mirzapur Thermal Energy (UP) Private Limited for 2x800 MW thermal power project at Mirzapur Phase I, Uttar Pradesh.
The Contract Agreements signed on 5th June 2024 for Supply of equipment (Boiler, Turbine, Generator) and Supervision of Erection & Commissioning for 2x800 MW power project based on Supercritical Technology at Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
Boiler and Turbine Generator are to be manufactured at BHEL's Trichy and Haridwar plants respectively.
The contract value is greater than INR 3500 Cr. excl. GST.
