Reliance Energy Ltd forms new subsidiary Reliance Jai Pvt Ltd

Reliance Infrastructure Limited has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary by Reliance Energy Limited, a subsidiary of the Company.

Reliance Jai Private Limited (RJPL) is incorporated on May 31, 2024, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Energy Limited (REL), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Certificate of incorporation has been received from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on June 4, 2024.

The main objective of new subsidiary is to deal in, manufacture, etc. in infrastructure of all kinds, power generation stations, telecommunication network services and other various products and services.

Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 149.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 156.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 482305 in over 7473 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 157.50 and intraday low of 143.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 72275804.00.
