Reliance Infrastructure Ltd gets extension from JCF ARC for loan repayment

Reliance Infrastructure Limited has announced that the terms of the Settlement Agreement with J.C. Flowers Asset Reconstruction Private Limited (JCF ARC) has been modified to the effect of extending its term of payment for the balance obligations.

Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 166.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 167.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 264663 in over 3543 trades.
