Poddar Pigments Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The board of directors of Poddar Pigments Limited has recommended Final Dividend at the rate of 40% i.e. Rs. 4/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting.
