Provogue India Board to discuss divestment of shares in Acme Hotels

Provogue India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve the unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

2. To discuss the proposal of disinvestment of shares in Acme Hotels & Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
