JMK Holdings Pvt Ltd acquires 5.94 acres land in Sector 88A, Gurugram

JMK Holdings Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SIGNATUREGLOBAL (INDIA) LIMITED, had executed a sale deed dated 9th May, 2024 to purchase the land admeasuring approximately 5.94 acres, situated at Village Harsaru, Sector 88A, Tehsil Harsaru and District Gurugram. The said land has an overall potential developable area of approximate 90,000 square feet.

Shares of Signatureglobal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1245.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1252.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60913 in over 1252 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1257.45 and intraday low of 1234.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 75969587.00.
