Rama Vision Ltd inks agreement for manufacturing 'Wafer Sticks' under Pran brand

Rama Vision Limited ("RVL") has executed an agreement for outsourcing / contract manufacturing with M/s. Pran Beverages (India) Private Limited ("PBIL") for manufacturing "Wafer Sticks" under Pran Brand at Company's manufacturing plant, Kashipur.

The duration of the agreement is 01 (One) year from the effective date of execution, i.e, from May 07, 2024, which can be renewed for further period of one year on mutually agreed terms. The agreement can be terminated by either party by giving a three months' notice prior to expiry of the term of agreement;

The quantities envisaged for manufacturing wafer sticks are minimum 15MTs per month (180 MTs per annum) subject to market demand;

RVL will bill the Contract Manufacturing Price to PBIL, approximate bill value will be about Rs. 3 Cr. per annum.

The commercial production for PBIL will commence from between 25th May, 2024 to 10th June, 2024.

Shares of RAMA VISION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 91.94 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.57. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32067 in over 89 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 91.94 and intraday low of 88.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2923799.00.
