Rane Engine Valve Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of Rane Engine Valve Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share on 72,34,455 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2023-24, subject to approval of members at the ensuing 52nd AGM of the Company. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid/dispatched on August 01, 2024 (Thursday) to the eligible shareholders.
