Kamdhenu Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Kamdhenu Ltd has recommended a final dividend@ 20% i.e. Rs. 2 (Rupees Two) per equity share of face value Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each, subject to the approval of shareholders in their ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2024.

Shares of Kamdhenu Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 519.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 525.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9476 in over 816 trades.
